After the verification process is approved, we will send you a new copy of our product (customer must pay for shipping). Please note that we cannot reimburse or exchange the purchase of the downloadable product. |

- Simply go to the Online Store section and select the appropriate product, next, check out, fill out the form, verify and send the order. We will get the credit card authorization then you will get an online and email confirmation with transaction number. Print and save receipt. If applicable the product will be shipped. - We will deliver almost anywhere in the world, subject to US and Canadian export regulations. |

- Because we cannot determine the customs, brokerage, or other fees that you may incur when the product enters your country, FedEx will collect these fees when they deliver your order. For a fairly accurate estimate, check with FedEx. |

- If the amount still isn't clear and you want to be absolutely sure of the charges, we recommend that you purchase the downloadable version of the product. |

Download Information |

| 1. After I download my copy of Toon Boom Studio™, where can I find the file on my computer? |
||
- Windows 95/98/2000: the default download directory is: C:/Windows/Vbox/Installers/ |
||
- Mac: a new folder will appear on your desktop. |
||
2. How do I return to the download area? |
||
- Go to the Toon Boom Studio Support page and click on "Downloads". |
||
3. What if my download doesn't work? |
||
- The download server may have been momentarily busy. Please try again at a less busy network traffic time. |
||
- Check if your computer accepts 'Cookies'. If not, please enable this option by going into your 'Control Panel' to 'Internet Options' to 'Security', and then to 'Custom Level'. |
||
- Check if you are downloading through a program such as 'Real Download','Reget', 'Gozilla' etc. which may cause problems in downloading Toon Boom Studio™. To by-pass this, you will have to temporarily disable these programs, and allow the download manager of your browser to take charge of the download instead. |
