DP0002: Error message "License container not found (7)" upon launch of Digital Pro

If you get the error message License container not found (7) when you try launching Digital Pro this is usually related to a dongle problem



There are 2 possible cause to this error message. The first one is that you did not install the Hasp Drivers when you installed Digital Pro. Either run the installer again you go download the Hasp HL device drivers from the following site:

http://www.aladdin.com/support/hasp/enduser.aspx

The other possibility is that the dongle is not connected properly to your machine. Make sure that the red light is lit on the dongle and that it is connected in an usb port that has sufficient power.
