If you have multiple storyboard artists that work on the same show and want to put their different storyboards together in a single projet you can assign each storyboardist with a range of scene, for example, 1 to 200, 201 to 500, etc.  All of them do their boards and you copy and paste the different panels into a single projet.

To copy and paste just open 2 Storyboard applications, one with the main projet and the other with the partials ones. 

Select all the panels in the partial one and Paste them in the main projet.  Depending on which panel/shot is active on the main projet it will bring the new shots after or inbetween other panels. So select the last panel of the main storyboard projet if you want to paste the partial storyboard following what you already have.  For example, main goes from 1 to 200 and you want to add 201 to 300.

You can always rename the shots if you need to afterwards
