You might encounter this message while trying to install Toon Boom Studio or Toon Boom Studio Express on Mac. The problem is due to the fact that there are some traces of a previous installation of Toon Boom Studio on your machine.

Whenever you want to uninstall Toon Boom Studio, you need to make sure that you put the folder of the Toon Boom Studio in the recycling bin. After that you need to go on the drive you installed Toon Boom Studio on. Then go into Library then Receipts. Find all the files related to Toon Boom Studio and delete them.

Once this is done try installing the Toon Boom Studio and the installation should be working fine.
